What is included in the price of the activity?
The price includes: Professional canyoning guides, Equipment (wetsuit, harness, helmet), Full photographic report, Liability and accident insurance.
Extras: OPTIONAL* professional canyoning shoes +5€/p.

What should I do if my child has any allergies or medical conditions?
Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies your child may have when making a reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 36 hours before the activity, you will have to pay the full price of the activity as we have already reserved your place, paid the insurance and the guide.

Where will the activity take place?
The activity will take place in the Guadalmina Canyon, in Benahavís. The meeting point is in Ermita Virgen del Rosario.

What time is the meeting point?
The meeting time will be at 10 am
Please note that you have to be 15 min before the meeting time.

What safety measures are taken during the activity?
We have staff trained in first aid and water rescue. In addition, we will give a prior talk on safety rules.

What is the child-to-monitor ratio?
We maintain a ratio of 1 monitor for every 10 children, ensuring constant supervision. The participation of parents or guardians IS OPTIONAL for this activity.

What happens in case of an emergency?
We have an established emergency protocol and a first aid kit on board. In case of any incident, we will immediately contact emergency services and parents.

Should I accompany my child during the activity?
No. The participation of parents or guardians IS OPTIONAL for this activity.

Will photos or videos be taken during the activity?
Yes, we will take photos and videos to share with parents the day after the activity.

What happens if the weather is bad?
In case of bad weather, the activity will be postponed or an alternative will be sought.
