Booking process:
In order to process your booking, we will need some information about the participants.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:
What to bring?
- Comfortable sports clothes and trainers ready to get wet and dirty, swimming costume already on, spare sports clothes (we will get dirty).
- Sandwich / snacks and water. We will have something to eat between the first and second cave.
- For safety reasons, the presence of a parent/guardian is MANDATORY for children under the age of 10. The parent/child ratio should be 1 parent for every 2 children. If you can’t attend, you can ask another parent/guardian to accompany your child (please indicate in the comments section the name of the person who will accompany your child).

FAQs
Why only at 10:30 am?
This activity takes about 4 hours, so there's no time to do two sessions in the same day, because the last one would finish too late, when it's darker and colder.
*Please note that you have to be 15 min before the meeting time.
About the Organization
The price includes: Professional Caving Guide, Equipment (wetsuit, caving suit, helmet, headlamp), Liability and accident insurance.
What should I do if my child has any allergies or medical conditions?
Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies your child may have when making a reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 36 hours before the activity, you will have to pay the full price of the activity as we have already reserved your place, paid the insurance and the guide.

The activity will take place near Igualeja Village. The meeting point is in Igualeja
What time is the meeting point?
The meeting time will be at 10.30 am
Please note that you have to be 15 min before the meeting time.
About Safety
All participants will wear approved caving equipment. We have staff trained in first aid and water rescue. In addition, we will give a prior talk on safety rules.
What is the child-to-monitor ratio?
We maintain a ratio of 1 monitor for every 10 children, ensuring constant supervision. The participation of parents or guardians IS MANDATORY for this activity.
What happens in case of an emergency?
We have an established emergency protocol and a first aid kit on board. In case of any incident, we will immediately contact emergency services and parents.
