NOTE: For safety reasons, the presence of a parent/guardian is MANDATORY for children under the age of 10. The parent/child ratio should be 1 parent for every 2 children.
If you can’t attend, you can ask another parent/guardian to accompany your child (please indicate in the comments section the name of the person who will accompany your child).

A great adventure for families!
This is a kayak exploration activity of the uppermost stretch of the mouth of the Guadiaro river (a different stretch to the one we did last year). Our aim is for you to discover the nature of this incredible area.
This section of the Guadiaro River is a protected area where migratory birds make their stopover to cross the Strait of Gibraltar and travel to the warmer lands of Africa in the autumn-winter season. This is why we will encounter many species of birds along the route.
We will make several stops along the way to walk in the river bed, play some games or have a snack.
This activity is suitable for children from 3 years old, as they can sit in the kayak with their parents without having to paddle. Our expert guides will make sure that they learn the basic techniques of navigation through different games and dynamics throughout the trip while the children have a great time.

About the Organization
The price includes self-bailing kayak, paddles, life jacket and watertight canisters, specialized guides and civil liability insurance.

What should I do if my child has any allergies or medical conditions?
Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies your child may have when making a reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 36 hours before the activity, you will have to pay the full price of the activity as we have already reserved your place, paid the insurance and the guide.

The activity will take place near Sotogrande and the village of Guadiaro. The meeting point is in Area recreativa Rio Guadiaro
What time is the meeting point?
The meeting time will be at 10.30 am or 2.00 pm.

About Safety
All participants will wear approved life jackets. We have staff trained in first aid and water rescue. In addition, we will give a prior talk on safety rules.
What is the child-to-monitor ratio?
We maintain a ratio of 1 monitor for every 10 children, ensuring constant supervision. The participation of parents or guardians IS MANDATORY for this activity.
What happens in case of an emergency?
We have an established emergency protocol and a first aid kit on board. In case of any incident, we will immediately contact emergency services and parents.
